Cooking with Chef Clayton Donovan

Yesterday, our 3-4 classes visited Ballina High School for cooking with Chef Clayton Donovan.

Chef Clayton showed our students how to prepare and the ingredients they would need to make Kangaroo San Choy Bau.

Then they got to eat them.  YUM!!
